Brief description
• Possesses the sales and technical expertise to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
The job includes:
• Identifying and Qualifying Opportunities
• Preparing and managing end to end customer proposals including pricing activities
• Closing the deal
• Continuously covering existing customer relations and acquiring new customers.
• Point of contact for account/ leads and business partners alike
• Day to day account management in driving account revenue and profit by proactive back and front office support duties
• Logging of calls and action/managing items from calls (follow up)
• Working with account /leads to effectively manage sales opportunities and forecasting
• Liaising with sales support teams and resolving customer issues
• Escalation of sales issues effectively to sales team and management
• Liaising with Business Partners and Field Sales Account Managers for day to day order management and escalation to order desk
• Assist with quarterly sales campaigning within account set
• Closing sales opportunities
• Identifying new opportunities within Business Partners and assigned customers.

Job Requirements
• Must Have: Graduation
• Knowledge of Cloud Infra
• Open to working in an aggressive sales environment that is driven with stringent targets
• Open to working for US and UK markets (Dutch speaking)
Desired: Graduate in information technology or similar subjects is preferred
2+ years of inside IT Hardware Inside sales experience (mandatory).
Experience with acquisition customer and key accounts management is preferred.
• A good communicator with excellent telephone manner
• High telephone sales skills
• Must have excellent account management skills
• Knowledge of the local SMB Segment and sales experience in this segmented preferred
• Able to demonstrate the ability of closing sales opportunities winning business
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer / Client facing experience would be handy.

This position can report into office in JHB South Africa or it can either be remote or hybrid.
