Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Overview

Location: Brakpan

Start Date: 15 January 2018

Duties include but are not limited to:
Acting as a point of contact between the directors and clients

Co-ordinating venues for external exhibitions

Co-ordinating travel arrangements including flights, local travel and accommodation

General secretarial functions such as the preparation of loan agreements etc

Screen and direct phone calls

Assisting with the arrangements for exhibitions and other events

Managing and keeping track of payments, including reconciliation of accounts

Managing the diaries of the directors in terms of specific tasks and deadlines

Compiling reports and presentations

Updating the company’s database

Implementing and maintaining administrative procedures

Conducting general research

Executing miscellaneous tasks to support the directors, ranging from general private errands such as grocery shopping dry-cleaning etc.

Candidate Requirements

At least 2-3 years’ experience as a PA

Computer literacy

Organisational skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

A meticulous and thorough work methodology

Initiative and maturity

Loyalty and confidentiality

Salary: R 14,000 pm ( Benefits Included )
